Maitrics + Tracksuit: survey-based brand tracking and behavioral brand intelligence
Tracksuit tells you what people say about your brand. Maitrics shows what the market does, and what that means for sales.
They’re different tools, built on different data to answer different questions, and they work well together. Tracksuit is an attitudinal brand tracker: it surveys consumers and reports what they say. Maitrics is the first always-on behavioral brand intelligence that turns signals into clear actions — benchmarked against your competitors and connected to actual revenue, to show you what’s moving sales and why.
The short answer: Tracksuit measures how people feel about your brand, through surveys: awareness, consideration and perception. Maitrics measures what the market does, across your competitive set, and connects it to sales. Together, they show what people say, what they do, and what it’s worth.

How each one works
Tracksuit: asking people
Tracksuit continuously surveys a nationally representative sample, weighted by age, gender and region. Respondents qualify into your category based on purchase behavior. Results are cleaned, weighted to census counts and published to a dashboard each month, with a first benchmark in around 30 days.
It’s a modern, automated take on the traditional brand tracker, and it answers attitudinal questions well: who knows you, who would consider you, and what they associate with you.
Maitrics: watching the market
Maitrics reads behavioral signals for your brand and each competitor in your set: purchases scanned at retail, searches, site visits, views, mentions, and the media your competitors actually buy. Every signal comes from third-party data partners, so there’s nothing to integrate and nothing to hand over.
Those signals roll up into three clusters, Visibility, Engagement and Reputation, and then into one score: the Brand Momentum Index. 100 is your peer average. Above it, you’re outperforming your competitive set. Below it, you’re behind.
The model then connects that momentum to sales. It connects brand signals to revenue, for the very first time.
Eva turns it all into plain-language answers: what’s happening, what it means for your business, and what to do next.
What Tracksuit does well
Tracksuit has earned its place in a lot of marketing stacks, and for good reason:
- It modernized the brand tracker. Traditional trackers cost $100k+ and arrived as an annual PDF. Tracksuit replaced that with a continuous survey and a monthly dashboard.
- It’s the go-to for attitudinal metrics. If you need awareness, consideration and preference numbers, a survey is the direct way to get them.
- Perception depth. Unprompted word associations and brand statements show how people describe you.
- Audience and media context. Profile and media consumption views help with targeting and channel planning.
- Scale and support. Tracksuit reports tracking 1,000+ brands, with a dedicated Brand Champion and quarterly check-ins for each customer.
What Maitrics adds
Most brands can’t tell which half of their marketing is working. Maitrics adds the behavioral view: which signals are moving with your sales, so you know where the next dollar should go.
- The behavioral view. Alongside what people say, Maitrics measures what the market does: searches, visits, purchases, spend, mentions and sentiment.
- Every channel, including AI. Maitrics covers all marketing activity across Paid, Owned, Earned and Search, including LLM visibility: how your brand shows up when people ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity for a recommendation.
- Evidence your CFO can use. Brand health only matters to a CFO when it connects to commercial outcomes. The Brand Momentum Index comes with an Estimated Sales Impact, so you walk into the budget conversation with evidence behind you.
- Tested before it ships. In blind tests with sales data hidden, the model forecast a leading condiments brand with roughly 93% weekly accuracy, against naive baselines of 70–77%. If a brand’s model can’t reproduce its own sales history, it doesn’t ship.
- Your competitors, on the same lens. See competitor spend, share of voice and momentum: who is doubling down, who is pulling back, and the white space nobody has spotted yet.
- Built for challenger brands. From $3,000 a month, with no enterprise contract and no data team required. Setup is strategic alignment, and it takes weeks.
- Always-on, refreshed monthly. Every signal and your competitive set in one picture, there when the decision is.
- A read at any size. Behavioral signals don’t depend on sample size, which helps smaller brands and niche audiences.
- One connected view. Visibility, Engagement, Reputation and sales in one picture, so you don’t have to stitch together SEO, PR and social reports.
- Clear next steps. Eva gives you plain-language answers you can take to your team and your board.
Better together
Tracksuit and Maitrics answer different questions, so they sit well side by side. Tracksuit tells you how people feel about your brand. Maitrics tells you what’s moving the market, how you compare with your competitive set, and what that’s worth in sales.
Each one helps explain the other. Tracksuit gives you perception depth: word associations, brand statements and survey-based audience profiles. Maitrics shows how that perception plays out in searches, visits, mentions and sales.
If you already run Tracksuit, keep it. Maitrics adds the behavioral, competitive and revenue view, and your survey data can feed in as extra context.
